- creativity, good work organization (ability to estimate the time / complexity of work) & team spirit,
- English language skills - at least allowing to read the technical documentation,
- practical knowledge of at least one Content Management System (CMS) for web services, online shops & other apps,
- experience in Facebook Apps implementation,
- working knowledge of SEO / SEM issues ( W3C standards and proper website / web app design ),
- open mind and interesting ideas, not only in programming : )
